The free preview offer
We offer to build a homepage concept for your business, free, so you can see what we'd do before you decide anything. Here's exactly what that means.
- It's free and there's no obligation. We don't ask for payment details, and submitting the form doesn't commit you to buy anything.
- A request is not an order. We review fit and capacity first, and we either confirm or decline — usually within a business day. Nothing starts until we confirm.
- When we confirm, we aim to have a homepage concept ready in about 48 hours and to walk you through it on a short call. That's a target, not a guarantee. Real work sometimes takes longer, and we'd rather say so than rush it.
- The concept stays ours. The preview is Revify's work and remains our property until a paid order is agreed. Please don't copy, reuse, or build from it without buying it.
- We won't publish it without your permission. We ask before showing any client work publicly, and the same goes for previews.
- Buying is a separate step. Any purchase is covered by a separate written order or agreement with its own scope, price, and terms.
We publish no prices on this site, and nothing here is an offer to contract at a fixed price. Anything you see is an invitation to talk.
Intellectual property
The design, code, text, images, and layout of this site are © Revify AS. The Revify name and logo are ours. You may view the site, share links to it, and quote short passages with credit. You may not copy the site, scrape it at scale, reuse our designs, or present our work as your own without written permission.
Client names, logos, and work shown here belong to their owners and appear with permission.
Acceptable use
Use the site normally and in good faith. Please don't:
- break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it;
- submit false information, someone else's details, or anything unlawful through our form;
- use the site or our contact details to send spam or automated solicitations;
- scrape, mirror, or systematically harvest content;
- interfere with anyone else's use of the site.
We may block access if any of that happens.
Third-party links and services
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them. We may also link out to other sites. We don't control third-party sites or services, we're not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Our privacy notice explains what data leaves the site and where it goes.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We put real care into what's here, but we don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every detail is current, or that it will meet your particular needs. Examples of our work, case descriptions, and timelines are illustrative, not a promise of a specific result for your business.
Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law where you live.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revify AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in connection with the website and the free preview offer is limited to what you have paid us in connection with it — which, for the free preview, is nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you're a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are untouched.
Indemnity
If you use the site in breach of these terms and that causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur as a direct result. We'll tell you promptly if a claim comes in and give you a fair chance to be involved in handling it. This applies to business users and doesn't extend a consumer's liability beyond what the law allows.
Changes
We may update this site and these terms as our work changes. Updated terms are posted here with a new effective date at the top, and material changes are flagged on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site.
Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are to be brought before the Norwegian courts, with Hordaland tingrett (Bergen) as the agreed venue — to the extent mandatory law where you live does not provide otherwise. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away your right to bring a case where your local law says you may.
