SafeTech Solutions

A new website and online store with a product catalog, Tripletex, training, equipment rental and a business portal.

The starting point

SafeTech sells protective equipment, provides training and rents out equipment. Its previous setup spread the store, accounting, courses and customer-specific pricing across several systems.

The task was to bring them into one solution and connect the store directly to Tripletex.

What we built

A new structure and design
We created a calm, technical visual identity and a new structure for products, services, training and rental.

An online store connected to Tripletex
A product catalog with variants, filters, and stock availability. Orders go directly into Tripletex and are assigned to the matching customer record. The integration creates a customer record when needed, using the company registration number. Product updates in Tripletex are sent back to the store through webhooks, avoiding duplicate data entry.

Business accounts, contract prices and EHF
Businesses register with their company registration number and are verified automatically against Norway's Brønnøysund Register Centre, or approved manually. Approved customers see their agreed prices, can pay by EHF electronic invoice and have a customer portal with order history.

Training and rental
A course catalog with registration and equipment rental, both in the same solution as the store, with the same login and administration.

Administration and operations
SafeTech manages products, customers, approvals, orders and courses in one admin panel. The solution sends automated emails and has dedicated product and content pages optimized for search.
